Core HOME Offerings
Here are the offerings for the home DIY'er with a specific project in mind. We will walk through all the steps of the project along the way:

Virtual Consultation
Got a project but not sure where to start? In a 30–60 minute video call, we’ll cut through the guesswork. I’ll help you decide if you can (and should) DIY it, outline the exact tools and materials you’ll need, and map out the safest, smartest way to get it done. We’ll confirm scope and square footage, build a realistic schedule — including dry times — and make sure you have a clear plan before you lift a hammer.

In-Store Guidance
Stop panic-wandering the hardware store. I’ll guide you - in person - through exactly what you need (and what you don’t). We’ll pick the right materials, break down tools without the jargon, and sidestep unnecessary upsells so you can shop with confidence and get out in one trip.
(psst... i also have a truck)

In-Home Project Kickoff
I come to your home and we get you started the right way. We’ll walk through the project, I’ll demonstrate key techniques, and coach you through the first steps so you build real confidence and momentum. I’m there to guide — not take over — because the goal is for you to finish the job yourself. After our session, I can stay available virtually or by text for continued support, depending on the package you choose.
Core GROUP Offerings
Here are the offerings for the DIY'er that just want to learn something with their friends or community.

Signature Workshops
Show up. Make something awesome. Learn something awesome.
This is a recurring, hands-on workshop series where we build creative, functional projects together.
Think: “Will It Lamp?” - turning absurd (or surprisingly beautiful) found objects into fully working lamps.
Equal parts practical and playful. Bring friends. Leave with something you made yourself.

Group Events
Shelving, cabinet installs, hanging heavy things, swapping light fixtures, patch + paint - we handle the upgrades that make your space feel done. I’ll teach you the tool basics so you actually know what you’re doing.
Invite your friends, split the cost, learn together.
Wine rack build? Sure. Wine drinking? Encouraged.

You Name it
Have something else in mind? I’m in.
From party planning with custom builds, to commercial consultations, millwork and casework design, or pulling off great design on a real-world budget — I love solving creative, practical problems.
If it involves making a space smarter, more functional, or more fun, we can figure it out together.

About Me
My name is Juliana Masci
I didn’t just stumble into construction — I’ve been building things my whole life.
I grew up holding the flashlight for my stepdad while he worked on cars (a very important job, obviously). That turned into late-night K’NEX engineering marathons and fully developed mini-golf hole designs in the basement. I’ve always been obsessed with how things go together — the details, the process, and the satisfaction of making something work exactly the way it should.
Professionally, I spent more than a decade working in architecture before making the switch to the construction side. I learned how to think through design, sequencing, materials, and problem-solving from the inside out. Now, I get to take those ideas off the page and actually build them — which is where I feel most at home.
In my spare time, I design and build furniture on my roof (yes, really) with my shop assistant, Mackenzie. I genuinely love building IKEA furniture, dialing in the details, and showing my friends just how much they’re capable of doing on their own with the right guidance.Tool School Co. is rooted in that same mindset: thoughtful design, solid craftsmanship, and empowering women to feel confident in their spaces.
I know what I’m doing — and I love what I do.
